PADI Master Scuba Diver: This certification level denotes superior achievement and proficiency and is the highest recreational diver rating in the PADI program. To apply you must be a PADI Assistant Instructor or a PADI Divemaster or PADI Advanced Open Water and a PADI Rescue Diver. Completion of 5 specialties from Specialty list is also a requirement. Divers can build upon elective dives from their PADI Advanced course.
